Delete your account.
This page is for members who want The Male Standard to remove their account. You do not need to be signed in to submit a request. Signing in from Profile is another way to send the same request.
How deletion works
Submitting this form starts a deletion request. It does not delete the account at the moment you press the button. We verify that the request belongs to the account, then remove member data from The Male Standard systems.
What is deleted
When a request is completed, we delete the member account and the data stored for that account, including:
- Account email and sign-in session data
- Profile, goals, and onboarding answers you entered
- Training programs, workouts, exercises, sets, and performance logs
- Nutrition meals, foods, macros, and weight-related entries
- Check-in, sleep, recovery, stress, and Optimization entries, including member-entered labs or therapies
- Ask messages, decision records, and related day context
- Capital profile, ranges, Money Queue, Revenue Sprints, watchlists, research, and Economic Value Ledger entries
What may be kept
We may keep a record of the deletion request itself, security or abuse logs, and information the law requires us to retain. Copies that already left our systems — for example a processor log or a request you sent to a third party — are outside this deletion. Device data stored only on your phone is not removed until you sign out or uninstall the app.
